I read in another thread that Democrats are allowed to vote in the GOP South Carolina primary. What the heck?!?!?

Sort of true....you don't have to declare your party, but you can only vote in one primary. If you vote today during Repub primary, your shut out of next weeks Dem primary. I don't think you'll see too many Dems giving up their vote to screw the Repubs.

I would not be so sure about that. For the Dems it all comes down to the Beast and the Madrassa kid anyway.

With the help of the media, the new, softer Hillary will overcome her negatives and Hillary and Obama will both remain acceptable to most die hard Rats. I will even take it one step further and say that the recent race problem between them was a manufactured event.

By convention time we will see them kiss and make up in one of the most memorable marriages of convenience in US history. President Hillary Rodham and Vice President Barak Hussein Obama.. the ultimate Diversity Dream ticket.

Without Thompson or Hunter the Hillary Obama matchup will be unbeatable. There are way to many people out there willing embrace socialism and or vote just because it will be a woman and a black. Any criticisms by the Republicans will be characterized as the white man trying to keep capable women and blacks out of positions of power and leadership. Romney will be able unify the Republicans enough to overcome the Diversity Dream Ticket and certainly Huck and McLame will be beaten in a landslide.

Many Dems will crossover to vote in the R primary today because there is no downside for them in either a Hillary win or an Obama win in SC primary.

“Sort of true....you don’t have to declare your party, but you can only vote in one primary.”

this has never stopped the dems before, since when is it a rule that dems can only vote once?
