I do believe she did come out and say “no”, although I agree most of the time she gave vague answers like ‘I don’t see myself running’ or whatever.
all I ever saw from deep upstate NY, was that she left it open......like she was trying to be mysterious....now that’s a pathetic image........she was so obvious it was a joke.
