It is my understanding that Hunter is giving up his House seat.
So?
Does that mean he shouldn’t have performed his job for the last year or so?
He belongs on that list just like the others.
There is a graphic in a recent Washington Times [Monday, Jan 14] showing Republican congressmen giving up seats in states all over the country. Just like the many Dems who retired after the Gingrich Revolution it seems that congressmen don’t enjoy working in DC if they are in the minority.
Nineteen Republicans have announced that they are not going to run, and three others have already resigned.
