1. Eliminate all unnatural substances from your diet, especially hydrogenated fats. Try to eat all or mostly natural foods with organic being the best.
2. Make sure that you’re getting enough omega-3 fats in your diet - fish oil, freshly ground flax seed, flax oil.
3. Buy a juicer and drink several glasses of freshly made vegetable juice every day. Don’t worry about taste and include a variety of vegetables when making the juice.
