I plan to phone for Fred and I encourage all his supporters to do so.
I’ll be phoning tomorrow. I’m giving another $100 tonight. My wife won’t be happy but this is important. Many don’t realize it but this humble man is the first in a long time who understands the limits of government and articulates them so well that we have an opportunity to vote for. He is a leader.
He may not be a Reagan but in some ways I think he may turn out to be better than Reagan if we empower him. So many politicians have to sell their souls. The unique way that Thompson is running his campaign is keeping those chains off him.
None of the others will ever speak the “Straight talk” about government limits except maybe Paul but he doesn’t seem to understand the critical nature of national security. (Hunter and Keyes probably would be in line but even Hunter has praised international aid programs.)
