Any pictures of the creepy lawyer out there? All you have to do is to google this guy's name and look what turns up........stuff like this.

Thanks for the ping.
I couldn’t make court this time
but it looks like 25-35 Marines had his back.

Thanks for the info. Glad to hear his restitution likely isn’t limited to the $600 fund donation.

1) Show up late While I recognize that one should leave ample time for contingencies, what should one do if, e.g., one is involved in a traffic accident en route? I was delayed by over an hour some months back with a fairly minor traffic accident (not at fault). Would a cop at the accident scene react well to being told one was due in court, or would the cop call the court on one's behalf, or what?

Would a cop at the accident scene react well to being told one was due in court, or would the cop call the court on one's behalf, or what?I suppose that would depend on whether or not you had phone numbers to call, etc. I would like to think that barring unforseen circumstances, the cops might call, or if you had numbers you could call. I understand that there are things out there that could honestly delay a person, but with this slimey lawyer, he was just making excuses.

The Judge said in open court that if he does shows up he will be taken into custody, and if he doesn't he is fair game for any law enforcement agency that wants to pick him up. I want dibs on that,...

Yeah, this guy’s really creepy. France can have him.... but only after he does his 30 hours of community service in Cook County!!!!!!!!
