No, teenagers shouldn't have the right to free speech. That's a parenting thing, though, and unless they mis-used school resources, the school should stay the heck out.

They are being acculturated to continue imagining that they have rights, so that they will be motivated to fight when the state demands their military services, but to behave according to the state-appointed authority’s definition of the boundaries on their “rights”.
