Don't forget that at this time four years ago, conservatives didn't dislike John Kerry all that much. I even wrote a column in June of 2004, asking why the Right hadn't really gone after Kerry yet. But it came, with a fury.

He's kidding right? Conservatives didn't start attacking him in June, because they were keeping their powder dry till the fall.

Another friggin’ liberal to be defeated.

That is all I think about B. Hussein Obama. Nothing but the latest repackaging of the poison that is modern liberalism.

“David Brooks, house conservative of the New York Times op-ed page, practically wept with joy at Obama’s Iowa victory.”

Proving once again that the New York Times needs to get a *real* conservative to balance out their op-ed staff.

by which they mean that he declines to make them feel guilty about race -- about their party's current and past history, about the role of white privilege (that most radioactive of ideas, since it implicates even the well-intentioned), or about the persistence of discrimination.

I think I taste vomit in my mouth....

Show me a conservative with a crush on Obama and I’ll show you a fake conservative.

Duh, we like Barry O for only one reason. He's going to get the hopes of black voters up in this country, only to have Hillary dash them on the rocks when she steals the nomination. I've been saying this for many months, it's nice to see the dust-up the two of them had this week over MLK. Hillary thought it was only Republicans who must say nothing but glowing platitudes about Saint Martin, but she found out this last week that no white person dare utter anything less than salutatory about him.

Oh, there's one other reason as well. Frankly, I'd rather have Barack Obama become the new official spokesperson for black America, that's one of the reasons Al Sharpton won't endorse him, Big Al's liked extorting money out of guilty liberal whites.

Obama is just an empty suit. Nothing more and nothing less.
His “fresh” ideasare the same socialist codswollop that the Left has been peddling since the New Deal - whoopity-friggin’-do.

I couldn’t believe the 2007 election, I can’t believe any one votes for McCain, I can’t believe this news item.

"You'd have to have a heart of stone not to feel moved by this," he wrote the next day. "Whatever their political affiliations, Americans are going to feel good about the Obama victory...

Nope. Don't feel a thing.

I've seen his type before spouting glittering generalities one after another.

But all I hear him saying is: "Tax, spend and regulate. Tax spend and regulate."

Nailed.

My first and only thought when I read the headline.

The “fury” of the attack on Kerry came about as a result of the non-political unity of the Swift Boat Veterans for the Truth About John Kerry, and the seeds of the movement started in Feb. 2004. It came out in their May 2004 press conference (which I covered in Frontpagemagazine), and then in their book “Unfit for Command” (which I worked on) which came out in July 2004.

[To this day I do not know how more than 2 of the Swifties stand regarding a political party. Politics was not the issue; the honor of the Vietnam Veteran was.]

Once Kerry decided that the issues raised by the SBV weren’t worthy of a reply, the rest of the conservatives jumped into the fray and asked why.

That was the national fury, but the initial shot came from a bunch of aging Viet vets who felt that the truth had to be told about a man who was once one of them, but who decided to betray them in order to advance his own political career. Treachery has its price, and Kerry paid it on Nov. 7, 2004.

I must have a heart of stone. I went to an obama pep rally in Iowa several weeks ago and was unmoved.

Show me a conservative with a crush on Obama and I’ll show you a fake conservative.

And I'll show you someone who will vote for a black to convince himself and/or others that he's not the racist the world says conservatives are.

There is no way a conservative will vote for this very leftist politician for any other reason, in my opinion.

In a fair election, I’d prefer to have Hillary! as the Dem candidate. In a fair election she would be much easier to beat than Obama.

However, if she is the nominee, we are in for a corrupt election, and it’s going to be a real battle to overcome her dirty deeds.

That’s why I prefer to face up to Obama, his natural charisma will be easier to overcome than her dirty deeds.

We have a “crush” on Obama? Who knew!?

Honestly, someone needs to check the air quality in NYC. I think it runs on the rarefied side.

David Brooks, house conservative of the New York Times op-ed page, practically wept with joy at Obama's Iowa victory. "You'd have to have a heart of stone not to feel moved by this," he wrote the next day. "Whatever their political affiliations, Americans are going to feel good about the Obama victory … Obama is changing the tone of American liberalism, and maybe American politics, too."

"Nothing but the latest repackaging of the poison that is modern liberalism."

This model has the subtle undercurrents islamonaziism and anti-white racism.
