You guys just don't get it. This isn't about Ron Paul, it's about restoring principles and traditions in what used to be America.

Thanks to Ron Paul, thousands of ordinary folks have awoken from their stupor. A new generation of conservatives have been born. Paul will be spoken in the same breath 20 years from now as Reagan is now. Who's going to call themselves a "Thompson Republican" 20 years from now? A "Giuliani Republican?"

And you might want to tell the fat lady to go back to the dressing room. Only 2 states have voted so far, and Paul has actually gotten more (popular) votes than both Thompson or Giuliani, and if it wasn't for free liberal media coverage he'd have more votes than Huckabee as well. He has more money than the three of them too, and he'll be in the race beyond Super Tuesday. Even then, he's in the unique position to go Independent or 3rd party, especially since the GOP is hell-bent on nominating RINOs McCain or Huckabee.

So Dr. Paul has already made his mark and he'll be in the same history pages as Reagan, Goldwater, and other great politicians, while the other GOP candidates will be part of trivia questions.

"A new generation of conservatives have been born."

That is a huge insult to us Conservatives. Why is it that not even Ron Paul calls himself a Conservative, but you Paultards find it nessessary to spew this Al Qaeda dupe all over FreeRepublic and try to link Conservatism with it.

GTFO!!!!!

Please, take this insanity to some more favorable forum which harbors this uber-idiot.

It is Paultards with Freerepublic accounts that don't get it.

Where is the Zot kitty when it is most needed?

One way that Paul could make a permanent Goldwater-style mark might be to set forth a series of detailed papers on what he will do to fix specific domestic issues, such as health care or the borders problem. Make these specific enough so that years from now, they can be Googled by people, surrounded by the wreckage of Democrat and Republican policies, who want to try something new.

In my survey of Iowa caucus attendees (one of one, or 100% of the sample), I found someone who was very proud of contributing to Paul's "success" there. (He was somewhat of a carpetbagger, as he had just moved out of the state.) He also said he would probably vote democrat in the general. Yeah, right. Paul supporters are just conservatives only smarter. (Is a sarcasm tag really necessary here?)

My suspicion that the bulk of Paul's support comes from disruptive democrats has been strengthened.
