Simply not true. It does note that Paul foolishly defended the comments in 1996 but that has been known since 2001 when he volunteered the information himself to Texas Monthly.

You can’t volunteer information that was previously exposed. Take heart, you are in the less than 5% of the population that does not think Paul wrote them or has racist leanings. Is he actually a racist, I do not know. However his footsies with neo-nazis and his writings seem to show he straddles the fence.
