So if the rules of the game have changed (you can now carry the ball, don’t have to dribble) then load up the buses Republicans! We can do this.
How much did the Clinton machine have to pay for several thousand out of state voters to take a day off and vote for She Who Must Be Obeyed?
Some Dem thug, when confronted with this, indignantly shouted about voter suppression, and that EVERYONE should vote, regardless of their eligibility.
But we should trust that somewhere, someway, some software writer does not get greedy and leave himself a small trigger point to quietly switch every 5th or 10th vote to the highest bidder.
And if not that, the hacker with just a little inside info can go a long way. Look what happened to Directv. Wonder if voting machine security is better than Directv had? And then there is always the possiblity of a virus.
According to the Ron Paul crowd, there were actually two precincts where the vote for Mr. Paul was reported as zero. When voters in the district complained that they had actually voted for Mr. Paul, it was discovered that an error had occurred and he did, indeed, have several dozen votes. Sounds like there is some validity for sloppy counting charges.
Here is a great DU post, they are melting down:
The blind support for Obama must be some form of mania.
There is such disgust with what has happened, that the people are clinging onto anything that makes them feel good. Obama does that. He makes you feel good, but promises very little.
I am not with the masses. If a candidate can’t get things done, then I can’t feel good.
When I was an observer of DU before 2005, I remember the 2004 primary season. If you were not for Dean,
you were heckled, but not to the extent that you are now. This place is absolutely vile.
Clinton loses one, it’s all o.k. Obama loses one and all hell breaks loose.
I know how you feel. I don’t know where to go these days. Left wing talk radio is in Hillary hate mode as are most of the so-called liberal blogs.
This was supposed to be the year that we took back the country. We’ll see what happens.
If nothing else, maybe something will bring Al Gore the nomination and then the Whitehouse.
At least all Democrats could proudly and happily rally with him.
Wonder how many brought in voted for McCain?
