#1 for me. Hold my nose and vote for McCain. At least he wants to win the War on Terror.

I wouldn’t want to, but he is pro-life enough and has fought spending measures enough in the Senate that I could vote for him over the dems.

From the looks of things right now, I’d say that no matter who the GOP candidate is I’m going to end up holding my nose as I cast my vote in the General Election. Be that as it may, it’s still a better choice than what the Dim’s are offering.

I took an oath last summer to never, ever, under any circumstances vote for any politician who voted in favor of amnesty for illegal aliens. I will not violate that oath.

Absolutely. Far too much at stake put any of the Democratic Disasters in charge of national security/WOT, the economy, the judicial nomination process.
I love my country way too much and I hope everyone else feels the same.

Third Party. Wayne Allyn Root, the pro-war Libertarian, is looking pretty good right now.

McCain will have to count on Republicans rather than "Independents" in the upcoming primaries. Not a chance that he can beat Romney. Way to much baggage for the average Pubbie. He won't get the nomination.
But if the miracle happens I would vote for him based on the lesser of evils principle.
To: Perdogg
Yes, I’d vote for him over the alternative.
I disagree with his postions on a few things, but he is a likeable individual and I much rather see him on my TV for four years rather than “she”.
Hearing “her” on TV or the radio for four years would be like chalkboard sound that makes your skin crawl. Four years of that might make want to jump out of a window.
