I think it was the van load of extra ballots that went out today.

Earlier in a thread someone from NH said they can register and vote at the polls. Apparently there were long lines for that all day. Now how could any polster figure for that? That is why the polls were all haywire. And what kind of voting setup is that? Makes me wonder if I am in America or a third world country. Plus the voters don't have to be residents, just have to say they intend to move there.

Good post Hattie...also saw where Independents can vote for either party....Bet they bussed in many busloads of college students from the colleges in the area-VT, NH,MA, maybe from upstate NY-SUNY-Albany, etc....with over 200,000 votes cast in NH, those had to be imported votes..

In 2004, about 26,000 voters (out of 290,000 total who voted) tegistered on election day for the Pres Primary. See this URL from the NH Sec/State

http://www.sos.nh.gov/presprim2004/ppnamessum.htm

Presumably we can see when the final results are published whether there was anything grossly out of line with that number this time.

The voting mechanisms in this nation are wretched. There should be a ONE day only vote for ALL the state primaries.
No day of voting registering...pre-register at least 30days in advance and definitely show proof of citizenship. Freakin’ carnival we allow in this nation when it comes to voting.
