Unless the guy is The Second Coming, that ain't going to happen. La is genetically corrupt and the folks there seem to want it that way.
Don't get me wrong. Jindel seems like a good guy, but don't get your expectations beyond reality. Some tasks are just impossible.
Ditto for your comments on Jindal. Louisiana is so corrupt that he hasn’t a prayer. Corrupt, deeply socialist, very close tied up families who have profited from the public sector for generations. It is a caribbean country without the charm of the caribbean.
Jindal will try but fail. He may make some progress but until outsiders move here, the culture will remain what it is.
But that said, people are awfully nice down here and warm and good cooks.
