Lets be clear about the “sympathy” for Hillary. Mine was not because “men were meant to her”. Mine was for the excessive scrutiny of the press, watdching her every word just waiting for a gaffe. There has been some kind of press love of Obama and salivating at her potential for a gaffe that seemed awful.
Plus the tears,,contrived I do believe,,and the response was silly like she had blubbered like McGovern. She didn’t. She didn’t even look tearful to me. ANd everyone acted like it was some huge thing. People saying she was mentally ill on these threads, saying she was melting down, unstable. All of that made me think this is so overdone, especially around here, that I felt sympathy.
It was not about “mean men” unless you want to trivialize my observations and take on what I was seeing.
