Game's ON... My prediction... Obama in a blowout, McCain by 5.
The only way I figure it is if the Independents went and voted in the Republican primary instead of the Democrat one.
That explains why Obahama did so much worse then polled. That does not explain why the Republican numbers are so right on.
If you look at them. Zog has the numbers for Huck, Paul, Rudy and Fred pegged dead on. He also has Edwards Richardson et al pegged dead on.
So what happened at the top of the ticket in both parties? He has it reversed from reality.
Interesting. Hitlery started strong and is fading. Did they count the Boston votes first?
he will eke it out...Im telling all of you..she will lose the southern part of the state in the yuppy bergs.
I actually don’t support Huckabee because of his liberal fiscal positions. However, I am shocked by the people who say they will not vote for him because he is a vocal evangelical Christian. Evangelical Christians are one of the most consistant groups of conservative voters in the country so I have been shocked at hurt by some of the bigoted comments about Christians on FR in the last few weeks.
Stuff a ballot box against a Daley man? What a hoot.
30 percent is way better than 1%.
What a speech by McCain - so little about him, and so much about the country! That man is a patriot down to his bones!
Anybody have the number of votes cast in 2004. Alot of counties still have not reported anything. Manchester broke big for Hillary Concord broke big for Obama.
Mccain over Mitt by slightly over 5000 votes.
Hillary over Obama by slightly over 2800 votes.
Obama within 3%.
Ooh...here’s a good argument...”eligible” and “elect” share the same root linguistically. So someone ineligible to the office of the President (”cannot be elected”) is also ineligible to the office of Vice President.
Oddly, the longer this stays close between Obama and Hillary (and allows people to think Hillary may actually win), if/when Obama does eventually win NH, I think it blunts a little of the "comeback kid" mantle for Hillary. An hour or so ago, if the race had been called as a narrow victory for Obama, it would have been seen as "wow, Hillary did much better than expected". The longer this goes on and looks like she actually might win, the more disappointing the eventual loss will be.
Am I making sense or babbling? :-P
Separated at birth
They have to be at least even before I get the ice cream out
one thing we have to remember... is if it ends up being McVain, Obama, or Clinton..... our beloved President Bush will become the next hero in our party. I would welcome W in a NH minute.
Since NH voted for Bush in 2000 and Kerry in 2004, they could be considered a contra-indicator for the popular vote.
But but there was supposed to be a big win...
The witch was supposed to melt...
Hillary lead down to 2000 votes with 43% reporting. 39 to 37%.
pretty sure my ears are bleeding.....
