Do you have to be an attorney to serve on the supreme court?

Not a constitutional requirement, but you probably wouldn't get past the Judiciary Committee.

he means being all those van loads of ballots going out mid afternoon. by a well organized NH Clinton cheating machine.

At 9:20EST we are talking 3000 ballots difference. I could probably fit 3000 ballots in the trunk of my Honda Civic.

If Fred can’t win South Carolina, he certainly can’t win the White House.

"American Conservatism is dying as it was defined by Reagan, I fear!"

Dying? Try DEAD. Time for conservatives to recognize that the Republican party has left them.

It seems like he is in trouble but the first two states allowed cross over voters, a lot of states don’t, like my state florida. And perhaps people who say the debates in other states will feel differently. I hope it shakes out some before our primary.

3,000 is a lot of votes in NH but you are right that Obama is moving closer in the last 3-4% that have come in.

He sounds like one of those senators reading their remarks “into the record” in the well of the senate...on CSPAN.

Just like Dole.

I am unsure. I do know that when news of van loads of ballots were going out, that sounded fishy.

Aftyer Iowa, NH voting officials had to know the voting would be huge, so why wait until election day to deliver the extra ballots.
