True, but in this case, she's fingering Clinton people: Marc Grossman, and, by association, Sandy Berger & William Cohen.
It does appear that she is being muzzled by the State Department and the FBI, so at one point she did have access to secret information - and all it would take would be a single word from Condi Rice or Robert Mueller to put an end to her story once and for all.
Alternatively, The Powers That Be could tell us which documents Berger was trying to destroy.
Or they could tell us why Berger still hasn't been submitted to his court-ordered polygraph exam.

One thing no one has mentioned is the name of Clinton's other researcher who was perusing the files at the time Sandy Berger was. Yes, there was another person. The press does not seem to want to ask who.
We're told Berger was, among other things, swiping multiple copies of the March 2002 Millennium After-Action Review - each copy with different handwritten notations on the margins. [Maybe he just wanted to get rid of the ones with Hillary's notes on them since she was never cleared to see the things in the first place.;-)]
Sandy Berger, Susan Rice and Richard Clarke have had another fetish going on full blast since 9/11- all have had a need to revisit the story about what went on in the Clinton Admin during the prelude to Clinton's bombing of the pharmaceutical plant in Sudan.
