Why the wedding and engagement rings on the right hand?

I'd be willing to bet that the pic is reversed.

Lots of magazine pics come out that way - don't know why.

Sometimes pictures are flipped to make the composition better. If the picture is on the left side of the page or screen you don’t want the subject looking off the page, but into it. Nothing malicious about it or anything.
