She looks very frumpy compared to the men in tailored suits. She should have worn a collared shirt or (gasp) a suit with a skirt. She looks like she wore a casual pantsuit, while they are dressed very professionally.
It also looks like they aren't letting her be part of the group. She wants to play in the big leagues, but the big leagues don't even notice her.

This picture of her looks very weird to me. The head looks like a photoshop job — so big and out of proportion with the shoulders and ever-annoying pointing finger. Beyond that, it looks like Hill packed away some serious food at the Iowa diners based on the girth of that nasty pant suit.
