I'm sorry to say, Bill Clinton was not disbarred. He was suspended from the practice of law for a period of five years.

The Supreme Court did not disbar him either. He resigned.

There is a world of difference between being suspended and being disbarred. Suspended is temporary and disbarred is permanent.

The terms of the suspension were very clear that he is free to reapply for reinstatement of his law license at any time after 5 years. That five years is up.

He hasn't reapplied yet, but he can at anytime. If it's granted, then he could conceivably be eligible to sit as a judge on any court, even the Supreme Court.

Scary, ain't it?

BJ would not take the job as Chief Justice is already taken.
