You got me.... I guess Howie is wondering the same thing, what with the apparent lack of urgency inferred from Fred's "late" scheduled arrival time in that state.
No, I meant that as more of a statement. Fred has plainly stated that he isn't contesting New Hampshire. He's going to NH for the debates, then off to South Carolina.
I'm surprised Howie didn't know that.
