I’m a defender of Huckabee, not yet a supporter. I want to hear more from him. He’s right on on a couple of my key issues — abortion and faith — but I need to see that he can develop coherent positions on immigration, national security and the budget, which are the next tier for me.
I have become his defender because of the base and mindless attacks from this forum and some of the conservative pundits.

The biggest problem is all those pardons. How do you get around that? We’re not talking exoneration by DNA testing. We’re talking about thinking you know better than juries on a massive scale.
