Rush went as far as he could possibly go without violating his pledge in endorsing Fred, or may UN-endorsing everyone else.

Mark Levine went even further without claiming to endorse.

Two very respected conservative thinkers for Fred.

Yes, Mark Levin and Rush, although I could have sworn I heard Mark Levin use the phrase "my guy" when talking about Thompson in a show sometime before Christmas ... he likes Thompson clearly and plenty.

... and also Mark Steyn, who did all but use the word "endorse" in his Oct. 25 column for Macleans Canada (the link to the article has expired ... Macleans.ca) called "Lets Hear it for Laconic Leadership."

I bet Steyn is very perplexed by his friend Hugh Hewitt.
