You're making the argument Clinton made regarding his failure to serve.

Rudy is no warrior. He is a coward. When he was asked by his country to serve in the military, he both dodged and evaded that opportunity.

He both dodged and evaded the draft.

Just as he lost the respect of New York's first responders, he would not be able to gain the respect of our troops.

Why should our troops be forced to salute a coward, a draft dodger for whom they have no respect?

Some people claim (falsely in my opinion) that both George W Bush and Dick Cheney are also draft dodgers. So far as I know neither of them broke any law to evade military service, and neither did Rudolph Giuliani. In my opinion, you are just engaging in name-calling.

“You’re making the argument Clinton made regarding his failure to serve.”

Clinton agreed to join the Arkansas ROTC in order to avoid the draft.

Clinton reneged on his agreement.

If this is the best you’ve got on Rudy, you need to hang it up for the night.
