Wow, I'll bet that was a whopper of a bill, the tumor weighed 200 pounds (woman weighs 120) and the surgery took 18 hours. I don't recall how many surgeons there were, at least one in charge and two assistants. She's fine today as far as I know, but they gave her less than a year.
