Yes you would think so. I don't support that kind of tactic, but it happens every election. Romney supporters have done some bogus things too during this campaign that he has had to distance himself from. It usually backfires.

Someone going to be in a heap of trouble. Fakes or smears are one thing, but using a false “Paid for” tag will get you prosecuted in most states. If you didn't print them and mail them in house, that adds more people to come foward and out the sender.
