Well, that might be the case, but only if it is the trigger that leads to more events. I just read an article that we will increasing our SOF presence in Pakistan, as it is now believed that as al-Qaeda gets beaten in Iraq, that they will instead practice their deadly trade in Pakistan (with the ultimate potential prize of acquiring nuclear weapons).
