...has me thinking that Ann has seen one of the many blogs discussing gastric bypass. The term "former fatty" is used in an article quote from the Rolling Stone. "Stretched marked" possibly derives from the flabby Mike marathon photo. If Ann thought he lost his weight through marathon derring do she wouldn't ridicule him so, but if through gastric bypass then she'll give it to him unmercifully.
