I was listening to a radio host this morning and he did a spot on this paper. I thought his take was pretty interesting:

“They’re trying to turn carbon into a currency.” And he’s dead on. I hadn’t thought about it that bluntly, but he is absolutely correct.

Was it Quinn? I heard him talking about this paper this morning and he often talks about the carbon/currency/wealth transfer agenda.

I bet the MSM will be all over this. yup, sure.
