Better issue more bonds so the State can “create jobs” and “improve the economy.” /s
Shouldn’t you be comparing metro area to metro area, or at least something bigger than big city limits to big city limits? If e.g. M-13 gangs are operating within an adjacent suburb to LA, how does that make Los Angelenos feel any safer?
Whatever. Your comparison is lame. Slick.
The comparisons are not lame. However, your grasp of per capita crime comparisons seem to be.
I didn't make up these stats. Don't blame me if they don't fit what ever your perception is. You'll have to deal with that yourself.
The fact of the matter is, your chances are much greater in KC Missouri of being raped, murdered or a victim of crime than in LA, Ca.
...I don’t live in Missouri anymore.
That aside - I fail to see how analogy makes California any better or my statement any less true.
Well that's nice and probably a good choice.
But the fact remains, Kansas City, Missouri has considerably more crime compared to California's biggest city, LA.
As a matter of fact, Kansas City Missouri has higher per capita crime in every single major crime category than does LA, California.
>But the fact remains, Kansas City, Missouri has considerably more crime compared to California’s biggest city, LA.
As a matter of fact, Kansas City Missouri has higher per capita crime in every single major crime category than does LA, California.<
I still fail to see how this makes anything I said untrue.
I only pointed out that Kansas City, Missouri has considerably more crime compared to Californias biggest city, LA.
>I only pointed out that Kansas City, Missouri has considerably more crime compared to Californias biggest city, LA.<
And I repeat: How does this elevate California and make it a good place to live?
The people of California have some serious problems. The first step towards fixing the problem is admitting you have one. California sucks up more than it’s fair share of tax money from the Federal government and some of that money comes from Missouri. With people like yourself breaking the backs of heartland And this is all BEFORE we factor in those inflated state taxes.
The people of Missouri (and other places) can always respond by saying they don’t get the grants and loans that you guys do...so what’s your excuse for (at your best) being marginally better?
You're joking right? The Feds have aided and abetted the largest most violent illegal invasion in the history of our country. They owe us and everyone else big time. In addition, California has almost double the economy of the largest state, Texas. And you in Missouri, actually the entire Midwest, don't have enough of an economy to hardly rate.
Quit crying and do something about your sky high crime rates. It's making the entire country look bad. And Missouri is a fat state. Lose some weight.
