Perhaps you might read a bit about the Hydrogen economy . I suspect Toddsterpatriot is saying that you are not getting anything out of the hydrogen in its use that was not put into the process of getting it. Hydrogen is not an energy source in and of itself.

that’s wrong...the company that I sent the link to has been able to use a cheap alloy to split the water molecules and make hydrogen gas...extrememly cheaply. Take a look at it. Trully amazing.
