A few weeks ago, "Ron Paul 2008" home made signs appeared on utility poles in my neighborhood about 20 feet up. They lasted about a day.

Same here, we found out they were put up by three people, two college students (not even from the US, one from Canada, one from Taiwan) and the local head of Democrats United.

Funny there were a few on the road and about 3 hrs later they were in the garbage. That skid doesnt do well here in the south

I’d call the utility company and report it.

If the company is a big enough dick, they will charge the campaign, company, or whatever for the damage to the pole.
