I did a search for "winning the war on terror", and that didn't come up with any quality articles. I'll search for surge, now. Thanks. And what did you want me to say based on one sentence from one guy saying "we're winning". That's a great start, but not nearly enough to say empirically that we're winning. And did you disprove that there is full definitive proof? Not yet. But I'll keep looking!
