The lib courts will probably declare it an anchor baby since it was conceived in the United States.

This was all over Jim Villanucci's show...from what I could tell on the drive home, there was very little sympathy for the pregnant illegal from the callers.

(We need a man with a STEEL SPINE in the White House(FRED), not a pandering flip-flopper!)

I'm no lawyer, but I do remember reading about a case in which
a child conceived AFTER THE DEATH of her biological father was
considered an heir to papa's estate.
(I don't know if this case stood up to appeal)
Pops had assiduously accumulated a lot of tubes of his "essence"
at the sperm bank before his death (he knew his health was marginal).
He died, the second wife (or girlfriend) put the sperm samples
to good use via in vitro fertilization. And then the new mom showed
up to collect a part of the estate in the name of the daughter
conceived AFTER the death of the father.
IIRC, the children from his first marriage were not pleased
to have a new half-sibling.
