My friend, who collaborates with GOE, sent me this in an e-mail a few days ago.
I think their needs to be a specific addressee in your letter/card though.
Edit: I think there needs to be an addressee to forward the letter to, but there are some people who are screening the letters, then forwarding them to the soldiers.

I think their needs to be a specific addressee in your letter/card though. No, this is not the case with these cards. No names are required. You may write Hero, Troop, Service Member, Military Member or leave blank.
MAF are handling the mailing and delivery of the cards with respect to this article.
