This isn’t a video game. You only discharge a firearm at a living being if you have the intent to kill the target. All shots are “kill shots”.

naw. if she was a cop, she learned "shoot to stop." that means center mass. no way she was aiming for an arm or leg. a center mass hit will put someone down but not necessarily kill instantly.

your heart can be blown to bits but you can still move around and be conscious. a good head shot will kill instantly, but it is very hard to hit the head of a moving target, far away while under duress. that is why you aim for center mass. it is the biggest part of the body and it will stop the shooter in most cases.
