I would love to see an article about how a female security guard had the fortitude to confront a shooter, while two male (armed) guards, did nothing. And, how a brave (armed) woman with a CC can save the lives of hundreds of innocent people.

It’s a prestigious award. And he’d be honored to receive one, which he well deserves. What has gone on with it, sometimes of late (i.e., Algore) is beside the point.

And if not a Nobel, he certainly deserves some kind of award. Sowell is a man much to be admired in a day where few people can any longer think beyond their noses, if that far.

I had a Company Commander at a pistol range upset because he forgot his glasses. I told him to try anyway, he may score better without them. He did and shook my hand thanking me. That was the highest he’d ever scored before.

Unfortunately, I think Dr. Sowell is too smart to subject himself to the ridiculous 3-ring circus that is modern politics.
