The local cops were a little bent out of shape at my ideas of the right equipment and way to do things in the event of a sniper situation hereabouts, too. rotflmao, I can't imagine why. ;-)

It may have been my suggestion to send a negotiator in to chat, getting the suspect to expose himself for something really spectacular. Hey, those guys want attention, right?

There is indeed nothing quite like a quiet afternoon in the burbs. At least they can't call it "cruel," but it would indeed be "unusual."

What's wrong with unusual anyway? I kinda like it.
