If you’re going to realistically point at a cause for mass shootings, it’s the media covereage of previous events; obviously not possible given the 1st Amendment, but I’m quite serious in saying that if a complete news blackout were imposed on these mass shootings they’d pretty much stop in 2-3 years.
That's REALLY interesting. Do you perhaps know who conducted that study? Just curious, not questioning the validity of your comment. It would seem to absolutely fly in the face of those who believe they are cause.
It's definitely interesting to think about what a media blackout would do. How much of it should be blacked out? How would be be able to pray for those in need if we don't know what's going on?
