No, people mentally say the words out loud and all CAPS almost always make people SLOW DOWN and SHOUT mentally. IT IS REAL SO STOP IT NOW!!!
Eye strain and headaches occur from reading all caps. Your overuse of all caps is an obsession. Get over it or get counseling.
