God blesses people with different gifts; I have been blessed with a gift, but I must be careful of what I am exposed to, I think.

Please ask The Lord, nevertheless, to show you any forgotten or hidden thing that the enemy could use as a hook—if not for you—perhaps someone in your family. Don’t know why I feel so insistent on this score. Normally, I’d just accept your statement and feel relieved.

Quix, I wouldn't know; I became a born again Christian at the age of 13, after my mother's untimely death from a brain tumor. My children are also born again, having been raised in a Christian church and asking Jesus in their hearts at young ages. (I fondly still remember the days.) We went to Community Bible Study weekly for a couple years, in addition to church weekly. Satan hates those who love the Lord and also those who boldly profess their faith. I have never practiced anything occultic, nor have my children. So....if there's something "there" I would have no knowledge.
Will do, quix. I have had a heavy heart for a few weeks now and can’t put my finger on “why”. Ditto for my husband.
I listened, but am going to have to relisten....it needs my full attention.

And maybe I’m just tweaked up by all this . . . nevertheless, the impression of the usefulnes in asking God in prayer to show you and then listening for His reply over several days persists.

No funny things; my father and step-mother and all siblings are also born again Christians.
Where I live? No, it’s not new....it’s a very old house turned into an apt. building. Why would that matter?
I am a Christian, why would I put stock in a building (it’s not like it’s built on an Indian burial ground or something).

I even felt his DVDs were likely worth a purchase and that’s not so common for me.
All of that to say . . . I agree . . . something has been or is about to be rachetted up in the spiritual realm and in the tangible realm.

Wow...I had read some of his other posts, but not that one. So, by the looks of it, he was a flat out satanist? Are there any other writings of his where he is worshiping satan?
No. no. not for days.
The for days is to ask God and listen for his reply over several days.
Feel free to let it go and ignore my concern. It’s not at a level of intensity I would put certainty in, at all. Very subtle. But more unsubtle than for me to ignore it.
The house etc. stuff could involve some territorial stuff that could be “legally” in a spiritual sense exercising some authority over that area from past somethings until a Blood Bought saint sends such packing.
I assume also, that you have no buddhas nor other overt EAstern religion stuff in your home . . . etc.
I think everyone is wise to ask God if anything in their home needs tossed out for spiritual reasons. A spiritual house cleansing as it were.
This may have nothing to do with you. God may just have used you to trigger such feelings in me for a generalized exhortation to all. I really don’t know. Though I still feel some sort of press . . . well . . . not sure what to add . . . just pray and do as you feel led afterwards.
I’m not at all flawless in my impressions.
I also see through the glass darkly.
I just know from experience that sometimes, I can’t afford to be silent.
