That's my fault, lol
The AP captions didn't give their full titles--they just said "Rice's counterpart" for each person. So I had to guess. I was thinking "minister" and I was sorting through the Gates photos at the same time, so I must have combined the two in my head into "defense minister".
Speaking of ministers, I'm pretty sure I got the titles wrong for the ministers from Ireland too. (LOL, this is embarrassing.)
Is "First Minister" the proper title, like Prime Minister, or is Ian Paisley the first minister. Some of the captions for McGuinness also said "first Deputy Minister" instead of "Deputy First Minister". Very confusing.
This is one of those times that the edit button would come in handy :-/
Wow--what a photo from the Arizona.
I don't know where my head was at.
Don't worry about getting names on titles wrong it is very confusing as different countries call similar positions different things. Like for example your Foreign minister is Secretary of State well in Britain that would be only half the title as all our Ministers are Secretary of State for -------. See the confusion here if you are not aware of the American difference.
Thanks again for the great articles. And for the Dose, SJ.
I esp liked the article about the polls about President Bush. Yes indeed. He shines brighter every day in comparison with some of the nincompoops and traitors trying to take his place....(speaking of: nincompoop: Edwards and Obama/ Traitor: Clinton)
