Jeremy Clarkson is usually on the mark,sure he’s a snob and can be quite condescending about America and it’s automobiles, but he is the least politically correct presenter in the U.K. (or for that matter in the commonwealth).Merry Olde England sounds a bit like “To Sir with Love”,in spades.

I don’t know about the UK, but in the U.S. expelling a student requires legal proceedings that fall just short of something along the lines of a Constitutional Amendment. You can bet your ass there are students that the public schools would be happy to be rid of, but you just can’t “kick them out”. They have to have somewhere to go, and always at taxpayer expense.
