To: blam

As an American Indian I just don’t understand why the tribes do not want this man checked out. I would think it interesting to see what they could find out about him. Maybe it would even benefit the tribe in some way. The second thing is, I guess I was wrong but I thought the scientist already won the right to look at him???

They did. Which is why somebody, somewhere pulled some strings to get this legislation introduced to try and stop it.

My guess is probably yet another injuction/court order/whatever has prevented them from investiaating in the meantime.

Sometimes I really hate these idiots with a passion.

That was exactly my understanding too. This article is a little confusing.
