Broder is a typical product of the DC beltway. Pretty much divorced from all touch with out side the beltway reality. He is part of Old boy Washington just like McCain.
That why he thinks McCain would be the best choice since it would keep their nice little DC bubble world clicking along. Everyone else, even the Clintons are newbies who might upset Border's comfortable little elitist world.
