Contrary to popular belief --due to the propaganda movie, "Inherit the Wind"-- Scopes was not some poor teacher who was persecuted by the religious right.

Scopes willingly put himself forward as a test case, as a tool of the Darwinists.

Later on, Leftists would use the same tactics to generate more phoney cases (Griswold v. Connecticut, used to create a constitutionally non-existent "right to privacy" -which in turn was later used as a basis for Roe v. Wade; and Lawrence v. Texas, used to create a constitutionally non-existent "right to engage in homosexual sex").

The movie "Inherit the Wind" is largely fiction.

Because that is the way all liberals abuse the law and live their lives.

This includes liberals of any kind, moral, social or fiscal. They almost all lie all the time. This is their only method of change. Lawlessness based upon lies and propaganda.
