Well I’m not sure that kid who first mentioned Stanley had any malice...he likely did think it was that Troy Stanley guy.
Don’t forget that Fox went out and found a bunch of other people who knew Troy Stanley. I was listening only with one ear but this poor Troy Stanley had his innocent life dissected on national TV...where he lives, his recent marital problems, how he’d been prone to mental woes.
On some level here I’m thinking this is either a hoot or very pathetic.
Why can’t Fox be sued for this?
CNN says they DID know who the guy was because he called them repeatedly in Washington. Also talked to hostages. But they didn’t air any of that until it was over. FWIW.
