Also there's a similar arrest for drunken driving noted in the same newspaper's listings, article June dated 11, 2007 .
But in case the media are wrong about the name, I'm not going to post more than those two items, which are public record.

Tuesday, April 3
1:15 a.m. --Loud music, yelling and screaming emanating from a Charles Street apartment is attributed to a boyfriend breakup.
9:28 a.m. --An e-mail comes in from Ray Drive asking cat questions.
1:03 p.m. --Leonard Squillacioti, 38, of 68 Moose Lane, is charged with criminal mischief.
1:56 p.m. --George and Ed's reports a female shoplifter has been caught with a $1.79 grocery item. Police are on scene in under 20 minutes.
2:20 p.m. --A black Honda Civic passes through the Rochester toll, heading north, with the driver passed out or asleep. A passenger is somehow driving.
2:54 p.m. --A Washington Street resident reports a burglary in which $50 and other items have been stolen, and calls back at 5:14 p.m. to find out if police are coming.
2:57 p.m. --A dirty, wet, thin, gray kitten is found on Rochester Terrace.
4:45 p.m. --On King Street a friendly, neighborhood stray blots its copybook by urinating on a house. The homeowner requests it be removed. The animal control officer explains the homeowner should take the cat to the Humane Society herself. This advice is logged as service rendered.
