I heard on the news this morning on WMAL in Washington that Hillary has NOT ruled out putting her impeached husband on the ballot as her VP.
Is this legal?? The Constitution says candidates for VP MUST be eligible to be President. Bubba is not eligible since he has served his two terms.

Let’s just say this will not be possible with the current Supreme Court.

Were this to truly happen, couldn’t one just envision a Coup d’état by Billy Jeff? I would not put it past him to take out the BEAST in order to become POTUS again.

Don’t put anything past the scummy Clintons. They can always dig deeper in the swamp they slithered out of.

Hes not eligible to serve. To serve as VP you have to be eligible to serve as President. You guys need to bone up on your Constitution and amendments thereto.
Bill Clinton is not eligible to be ELECTED President. He certainly is eligible to be elevated to the Presidency from the Vice Presidency.
To: LetsRok
They’ll have to legally seperate as you can’t have a Presidential ticket, both from the same state.

Hillary has NOT ruled out putting her impeached husband on the ballot as her VPTht's for all the brain dead Demos who vote in the primary and don't know that it's not a legal possibility.
To: ElkGroveDan
Can you imagine how quickly she would fall down a flight of stairs and then get run over by a sedan if Bill was the VP!

There is a myriad of problems with this. Starting with the fact that he is not eligible to be on the ticket as he can not be President.
2nd, the Pres and VP can not be from the same state and their current residence is NY. Though Clinton could easily purchase a shack in Arkansas to call home for filing purposes.

This is just desperate fluff for the myriad ignorant souls that populate her “base”.
She is scared.
Too bad - I was hoping to see her as the nominee - she would have made Dukakis look like a winner.
My money is on either Breck Girl or Bill Richardson.
